Returns Policy For Custom Orders

Customized B2B knitwear orders are handled differently from retail returns because products are made according to buyer specifications.

Customized products are normally non-returnable.

Because OEM/ODM products are produced according to selected yarn, color, size, label, packaging and buyer requirements, returns are not accepted for reasons unrelated to confirmed manufacturing defects.

When can a claim be submitted?

Claims should be submitted within 30 days after receipt with photos, quantity details and inspection information.

Possible solutions

Depending on the confirmed issue, solutions may include replacement, repair, partial compensation, credit note or negotiated support for the next order.

Before bulk production

Buyers should carefully confirm sample, color, measurements, material, labels and packaging before final production approval.
