Our quality policy is written for customized B2B knitwear orders and helps buyers understand how we handle production issues.
Warranty coverage
Before shipment, CZ Knitwear carries out inspection on appearance, measurements, workmanship, labels and packing. If manufacturing defects are found within 30 days after delivery, we will review the claim and provide a practical solution such as replacement, repair, credit or compensation depending on the confirmed issue.
Inspection items
Size tolerance, color consistency, seam quality, knitting defects, stains, broken yarns, labeling and carton packing.
Claim documents
Photos, videos, quantity list, inspection report and order information may be required for review.
Exclusions
Damage caused by improper washing, storage, retail handling, customer modification or incorrect care method is not covered.
